There is no general US cooling-off right for an online purchase, so our own policy is what covers a change of mind: returns are accepted for up to 15 days from purchase on a tub with the seal intact, because it is a sealed food product. If something is actually wrong with the product, none of that limits you: faulty goods are covered regardless under your state's implied warranties.

We accept returns and bear the full cost, including return shipping, if the product arrives damaged or is misplaced at delivery.
